1. **Prioritize working with fellow Network members worldwide** whenever possible.
2. **Respond to all communications within 30 minutes** to ensure fast, time-critical coordination.
3. Settle financial obligations to other members promptly; failure to do so may affect continued membership (by agreeing, you authorize us to list your company in the Network Blacklist and notify other members if necessary)
4. Provide **accurate and transparent rates** when quoting services.
5. Share profits according to prior agreements with other members.
6. Actively participate in collaborative sales and growth opportunities within the Network.
7. Respect other members’ client relationships and maintain strict confidentiality.
8. Ensure your company is properly staffed, licensed, and equipped to deliver excellent service at all times.
9. Handle all shipments and transactions with the **highest standards of care and precision**.
10. Commit to resolving disputes professionally and involve Network Administration if mediation is required.
11. Keep all Network information confidential; do not share outside your company.
12. Membership is by invitation only; members failing to meet these standards may have their membership revoked.
13. Membership is voluntary; members may withdraw at any time, with fees being non-refundable.
14. By adhering to these principles, members contribute to a trusted, reliable, and high-performing global alliance that thrives on speed, precision, and excellence.
